   The letters and numbers are to small. It needs to be about twice the size all over.

   In your main menu you should find a icon displaying a phone with a small envelope. It will say ‘SMS And MMS’.

   on most phones you can go to settings and find homescreen settigns and then it will say banner, and you can make it say whatever you want,
   i dont not have a blackberry yet, but it is usually similar on most phones,
   hope it helps!
