  3. Thanks a million for the video. The pearl button on mine goes dead and I have to use the enter key. I used some alcohol and it worked however the alcohol got behind the glass and it’s all fuzzy, that’s why I need to take apart. Is there a better fix for the dead pearl button?

  8. Great tutorial! My phone got water damage and became unstable… sometimes the screen would cut out or ringer wouldn’t ring. After dissecting and cleaning out the dirt and salts (residue from tap water) my phone works great again! All you need is a Torx (T6) and one very small flathead screwdriver.

  21. I found your video while looking for someone to fix my water soaked blackberry. After purchasing the right tool, and some alcohol, and watching your video twice, I was able to take apart, clean, and put my blackberry together within a half hour. And it now works again! Your video saved me the cost of a new phone!!!!($475)I wasnt worried about the warantee as I dont think it going through a wash cycle is covered in it anyway. And thank you for you informative video!!!!
