When is the Blackberry Storm released?

The new all touch screen blackberry sounds like a terrific phone.  Its about time that Blackberry came out with a touch screen because I think that is the way of the future for smart phones.  I would like to get the Blackberry Storm. I want to upgrade my phone and when i do i want the newest and hottest thing on the market.
Also, will i need to pay more monthly for a data plan?  I don’t wish to do that and i won’t if that’s what the deal is. I’d be upset if i can’t get the phone for just calling and texting.  What date is the Blackberry Storm projected to be released?
