Will The New Blackberry Storm Come Out On T-mobile Before Christmas?

I have a plan subscription on my current phone which will expire this December but I don’t know the the exact date and I will need a new phone. I’ve always liked touch screens. I heard that Blackberrys has one. Now that they have a blackberry touch screen I want it. Will the storm come out on T-mobile before Christmas?
