Do You Have To Get A Monthly Data Plan For The Blackberry Storm?

I have heard that the estimated price of the Verizon Wireless Blackberry Storm will be around $199, but will it be required that customers get a monthly data plan?

I know you have to for the Apple iPhone, but I’m hoping you don’t have to do so for the Storm.

  1. Yes you will have to get a data plan with the Storm. It doesn’t matter which blackberry you get with Verizon you are required to have a data plan with all of them. Afterall, what’s the point of purchasing a data device if you’re not going to use it’s features?

  2. That’s what i heard. The BlackBerry storm has a data plan totalled to $80/month…

  3. verizon’s blackberry data plan is 29.99 a month no matter which blackberry you have. and it’s unlimited to you don’t have to pay any pages to download and such… it’s worth it if you use all of those features…
